Shipping Methods

• Nova Poshta

  • Dispatched only after 100% advance payment for the order.

  • Shipping costs are paid by the buyer according to the carrier's rates.

• Ukrposhta

  • Shipping costs are paid by the buyer according to the carrier's rates.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): available subject to a partial advance payment (the deposit amount will be deducted from the total order value).

  • Important: If you reject the parcel at the branch, the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the round-trip transportation costs.

• In-Store Pickup (Odesa)

  • Location: 7th km of Ovidiopol Road.

  • Schedule: Saturday to Thursday (Friday — Day Off).

  • Requirement: Please make sure to coordinate the day and time of your visit with our manager via Viber or phone.
